Austin was established in 1994 with a vision to provide high quality affordable medicines to support the community in leading a healthy life. Austin started its operations with a limited number of products and team members. Today, it is one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in India.

Since the early 2000’s, Austin has started its expansion across multiple business categories including government and semi-government tender business. It has also expanded the supply chain network to reach the people not only in urban areas but also in remote locations for trade and institutional business. Austin feels proud to have helped the Indian government provide emergency medicines during challenging times such as Covid-19 and Influenza (H1N1 & H5N1) outbreak.

Austin is headed by our Managing Director, Mr. Mahavir Gadiya who is an entrepreneur and a technocrat. Mr. Gadiya completed his Masters in Pharmacy and Management degree before working in the pharma industry for 12+ years. He was associated with leading pharma multinationals like Lupin and Cipla in the sales and marketing domain. Due to his dedication and passion, within a short span, Mr. Gadiya progresses from M.R. to All India Sales Manager.

The vision developed during his tenure of services across all levels has been deeply embedded in the operational areas of Austin. Over the years, Austin has built a robust team and developed a strong brand in the market by standing true to its values and commitment.
